Wardrobe Etiquette: Above the Influence

I remember distinctly a time when i was in the 8th grade and my pops had taken me to go back to school shopping for clothes. He had the money and so he decided where my clothes were gonna come from...we went to Burlington Coat Factory. That's where the war began. Dad: "I am not buying that for you; Its not even your size." Me: "COME ON DAD, YES IT IS!!! WTF! YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. JUST BECAUSE I DONT DRESS LIKE YOU...." --->(Hell no i didnt really say "WTF"...out loud at least!). I wanted that 2XL ENYCE tee with the size 34/36 FUBU jeans...baggy fit lol. This is what I was fighting for. This is what children do when they dont get their way..They yell and cause a scene in public...That was about 7 years ago...

I went to the mall yesterday and I couldnt believe what I was seeing. Do we still do this kinda *ish??:

????? It behooves me to believe that this kinda thing is still running rampant..GTFOH!! its about to be 2011 fellas -__-...I know, I know, even I like my jeans to sit a lil below my waist but the Kris Kross era of baggy-ness is DEAD! You, my friend, official look stoOopid ( intentional spelling):

So, i beg of you...from gentleman to future gentleman----------------->

Only YOU (*insert exaggerated finger point*) can stop the maddness!!...and now a message from our sponsors (not really lol):

  1. LMAO! Wow, really and truly though...this has to stop. I don't even remember the reason why I wore my pants that low when I was younger. I wonder what the reason is now.

  2. LLS! well lets face it some people just don't know how to dress in public. sadly, peer pressure is still around and if you're someone who hangs out with a true boy/friends that dresses like that, you'll tend to start dressing that way too. lets face it as much as people want to be their own man or person, we tend to be followers and slaves to whats around us. LOL this reminds me of classic episode of "the story of Gangstalicious: pt.2" from the boondocks
